Why Denji aka Chainsawman is the most relatable shonen MC and the millenials hero we deserve; a thread

Denji starts his story with a problem we all face, money money money. Stuck in huge amount of debt, paying bills and trying to be frugal to survive. "The money just vanished into thin air" we all know how it feels too denji...

He'll do anything for money even stupid things like this and all for what? For food to survive with his beloved pet. Despite all his hardships and poverty he still care and share everything with pocita :"

He lives in a small hut and dream about normality such as eating a bread with jam. He thinks about his debts, about relationship with a girl, go on a dating (but have no money) welp this scene alone already show how relatable denji is to the most of us.

The day when his granpa died and left huge amount of debt, denji almost gave up his life, he is so young yet for a second he thinks about ended his own life. But when he saw a living being to be in the edge of death he come to realization of the wanting to live.

This panels is nothing but pain yet beautiful. The way he hug pochita while talking about his hardships and dreams. His dream is very simple it's just a basic normal life of other people but for me it is beautiful. This is the first time I can relate to a manga MC's dream.

All he wants is to DREAM about normal life, not even think about having the normal life he just wants to dream about it but still this mf not let him be. Yeah we all have that one fuckin boss who cant even let us having a good time.

Denji might not well educated, he never went to school or having parents to guide him but despite all of that he is a kind hearted boy. The way he taking care of pochita who is a devil say it all and he even wants pochita to have normal life that he never have.

Denji realizing about how human just never satisfied no matter how good their life is, they'll always wanting more and more. Everyone have their own dream and to fulfill the dream you have to fight. And finallyyy Denji fight back. Damnnn character development lesgoo
