For those of you noticing that likes and notifications are being turned off for tweets with "wrong think" here's the science behind what Twitter is doing.

They want to reduce how many likes you think you are getting, tricking your brain into thinking you are being

Ostracized from the tribe.

This has been shown to be the most effective way to get someone to agree to something that they -know- is wrong many times in scientific studies

It hacks the human brain and over rides a lot of your intelligence.

This can be done with the most basic of things, even colors in a drawing.

If everyone around you says the background of twitter is orange, your brain may even change what you see when you look at your screen and you will see orange

So here's my question, as they continue to ratchet up this experiment..

Do you have the mental fortitude to see the world the way it really is, and speak up to say that, even when Twitter is telling you that no one is liking your post or agreeing with you?
