Mental well-being issues are extremely common in men, although you would never know it. Why? Because unlike women, men are culturally adverse to talking about their difficulties - which is exactly what the problem is. (1/4)
If you are struggling with something emotionally, you must find someone you can trust to discuss it with. As an extremely old rugby club, we have always been part of the embedded male culture of being tough and not talking about our problems - this needs to change! (2/4)
