Yet PHE guidance is terrible. If you sit in a badly ventilated classroom, 3m away from somebody who tests positive, you aren't sent home.

* Read carefully and it's a little more complex - it's really that 'people who tested positive visited these places'. So this might just be a side effect of the fact that many people who are out and about generally have visited a supermarket.
Figures are cases 9th - 16th November - so vast majority will have been infected post lockdown.
