#LeadershipMatters
Imp for leaders to understand that the life they lead may not be the life their colleagues lead. Differences in expectations is why equal representation is so important. Case in point:

Imp for leaders to understand that the life they lead may not be the life their colleagues lead. Differences in expectations is why equal representation is so important. Case in point:

Leader 1: Older
Time off interfering with education, need to find alternative (no alternative suggestions given) 2/

Leader 2: Younger
Agrees with leader 1 (still no alternatives) 3/

Conclusion: So important to have inclusivity and diversity in leadership. Even though standardized benchmarks exist, implicit bias is affecting our careers, esp for
, and everyone with less privileged lives than the usual standard in medicine.
