My only issue with Jimbo aside from saying fuck it that last yr, was him letting the culture crumble. Man seen the signs from the 2013 team mindset to 2014 and did nothing to correct, and it got worse and worse every yr. Admin not being up to par ain’t got shit to do with that.

I truly believe if he would’ve kept things on par accountability wise with the team and nipped that in the bud from the jump, this process wouldn’t have been that tough from his end yrs, to Willie, to now with Norvell.
