I would like to address a "controversy" that has occured this week that is being used to attack me. As you all know, immediately after winning the election, I lobbied for one of the strictest lockdowns in the country for the 28th District in an effort to stop the coronaviris.

that I attended/organized a small birthday dinner/EDM concert that was being held for my nephew's friend's cousin's birthday/my reelection. In retrospect, it was poor optics and I apogolize to anyone who may have potentially gotten the wrong impression from my attendace.

Moving forward, I recognize that it may seem hippocritical to attend events like this (even though they are for a good cause) while cheering that lockdown violating criminals are in jail. First, once someone is in jail, there is no legal way to get them out to my knowlege
