Trump is a racist and possibly even a white supremacist. And his supporters are too. Here's why
1. David Duke endorsed Trump. All white supremacists endorsed him until they also realized that he sold broken promises. Only 5 miles of wall built and pro-Israel(which was intended for the evangelicals in reality)
2.Richard Spencer, an infamous neo-Nazi and white supremacist told his supporters to party like it’s the 1930s(the Holocaust started around this time) after Trump won the 2016 presidential elections
3.“Trump & Tucker is the only way to stop the commie Bolsheviks! It is the only path to beat them! #TrumpTucker2020” David Duke had tweeted this summer
4.The official KKK newspaper had even endorsed Trump just before the 2016 elections and Duke himself has endorsed him on numerous events
5.I mean the STATS speak for themselves. The image below shows the Acceptability of white supremacist views vs. Trump approval rates. The FACTS say that Trump supporters are far more likely to be white supremacists
http://6.Now the question arises: why? Below are all the reasons that have attributed to Trump’s immense popularity amongst white supremacists
http://7.In 1973, Trump and his company Trump Management were sued by the Department of Justice for housing discrimination against African-American renters; he settled the suit, entering into a consent decree to end the practices without admitting wrongdoing
8.The Justice Department sued again in 1978, claiming continued racial discrimination in violation of the consent decree, but that settlement agreement expired in 1982, ending the case
9.The Housing discrimination suit was dropped because the consent decree had expired and thus even it couldn't be called a violation of the agreement. & after trying to punish Trump for about 9 years without any success, the point came where the Justice Department gave up hope
10.Trump had effectively tired the DOJ, just like the way he has managed to escape ever submitting his DNA samples to Jean Carroll's lawyers and just how his taxes seem to be under audit for eternity(one and half a decade now if I am right)
11.And even if we consider that Trump's father was responsible for that which simply isn't true because Trump was well into his family business by that time and the DOJ would've sued his father otherwise even in that view Trump exposes his racist mentality
http://12.Watch this video of a former Trump employee saying that Trump nodded with agreement when his father asked him to not allow African-Americans(he used the n-word)
From 5:23-5:47
From 5:23-5:47
13.He has always been proud of his father which is unusual unlike a lot of other people who have expressed feelings of shame in the public in regard to the history of racism of their parents.
14.Instead of acknowledging the truth(supposing that only his father was the culprit which of course isn't true) like the liar that he is, he has denied any wrongdoing on his father’s part and claimed that such a thing was never done in Trump properties
15.Most of them express shame. Instead, Trump shows pride in his father’s “legacy”(He has said that the Trump company has its roots in his father’s legacy)
16.This is the article Trump signed an article asking to bring back the death penalty after 5 teenagers of color were forced to falsely accept that they had raped a white woman in New York despite none of their DNA samples matching.
http://17.In an interview regarding the Central Five, Trump said in front of the camera, “Maybe hate is what you need to get something one”.
18.Two things that strike me are “maybe” indicating that the hate he is suggesting to perpetrated against a particular group is something that has been suggested but isn’t acceptable or used by the common public in the society of that time.
19. Now, hating rapists had gotten a lot of support, especially during that time with the rise of feminism meaning that yes, he wasn’t referring to rapists but to some other group(we’ll get to that later).
20.The other word he uses is “getting things done” which has been frequently used by white supremacists implying that segregation and old views on race are more important than other issues implying that if those issues are solved(that is the is brought back),...
21. ..., that would benefit whites more than anything, therefore things would finally get done that is “some sort of non-existent utopia will be restored to its former (hateful)glory”
22.Not surprisingly, he has refused to apologize for endorsing the death penalty for the five teenagers numerous times and even tweeted that the Netflix documentary on Central Five was a disaster or something similar to that.
23. Now many might say that this contradicts Trump’s crime bill. But the fact is, only 8/100 incarcerated people r currently in federal prisons & it is actually the red states who r actually the toughest on crime & it is their state laws that hurt communities of color the most..
24.& yes, Trump has frequently praised red states for being “tough on crime” and for having “law and order”. So yes, the move was nothing more than a way to pander black voters & it was made keeping in mind that it would virtually do nothing to negatively affect “law & order”
25.Trump has refused to disavow white supremacists on multiple occasions. How is it possible that in 2000 he knew David Duke was a racist and a bigot and yet in 2016 he declined to even know him and even the existence of white supremacists??
26.These were his own words in 2000 “Well, you’ve got David Duke just joined — a bigot, a racist, a problem. I mean, this is not exactly the people you want in your party.”.
27.And it was quite a big event because he left the Reform Party because David Duke joined that party so it isn't that he forgot about him- unless he is suffering from dementia or some other sort of mental disorder which according to his baseless rants, Biden suffers from
http://28.In the interview in 2016 during the Republican primary(this was his first interview where he got asked such a question), he refused to know anything even about white supremacists in general..
29. Now that is absolutely false, his own father was a white supremacist and believed in the racehorse theory which he also believes in, and secondly..
30. ...every American, even the most poorly educated know who white supremacists are by now
31.And even if he forgot about David Duke, unlike normal people who would've disavowed people similar to David Duke despite not knowing anything about them but just by hearing that the person was a white supremacist Trump chose not to do so.
32.He didn't disavow David Duke because he didn't know him despite Tapper citing well-known sources like Anti Defamation League.
33. I want to emphasize the way he can believe a Dr. Demon Sperm but not well-known organizations like ADL etc (considering he really was that naive to not know anything
34.He made petty excuses like he didn't want to condemn groups without knowing anything about them. But he can retweet videos of Dr. Demon Sperm without verifying whether she was a real doctor or not.
35.Also, not to forget that he did know that DAVID DUKE WAS A BIGOT AND A RACIST BACK IN 2000 SO HE JOLLY WELL KNEW WHO WHITE SUPREMACISTS WERE
http://36.It is clear that he tried hard to avoid disavowing white supremacists that night,.
37. However, after rising controversy surrounding his refusal to disavow them, Trump(after realizing that he could lose potential voters) later blamed the exchange on a faulty earpiece-like he said that suggesting bleach as a cure was pure sarcasm, & has disavowed Duke since then
38.He also seems to have borrowed the belief in the racehorse theory from his father and proudly seems to brag about the theory despite knowing that chances are, it was the product of his father's racist mindset
http://39.Now , he might’ve refused to disavow them either because he himself is one or...
40....as we know that he is a narcissist, he might have also done so just to secure the racist white vote, ignoring the fact that it empowered white supremacists to endanger the lives of minorities and harm them. Selfishness without any limits, as usual
41.The link to the full interview with Tapper:
42. And here is the link where he wants everyone to hate(blacks) to "get things done"
0:00-0:02
1:21-1:27
0:00-0:02
1:21-1:27
43.The Charlottesville rallies in 2017 was another test which proved that Trump is not your usual backyard racist, but a full fledged ally of white supremacists(or yet again, a narcissist with selfishness without bounds.
44. Now his narcissism is a well-known fact. I mean, this is a guy who scored 9 points more than Hitler himself on a psychopath scale which is quite similar to narcissism, in a study conducted by Oxford University before the 2016 elections
45. Trump has said his infamous “very fine people” comment referred not to white supremacists and neo-Nazis but to “people that went because they felt very strongly about the monument to Robert E. Lee — a great general, whether you like it or not..
http://46.Now , the Confederates are symbolic of racism itself- pro-slavery and segregation in the south
http://47.To put it simply, racism is the reason why Jim Crowe Laws existed in the South, it is the reason why Confederate Flags are found in all white supremacist rallies,...
48 ...it is the reason why even today racism is much more prevalent in the South than it is in its Northern counterparts and the pro-slavery views the Confederacy supported arose from this racism itself
49.But even if we consider that neo-Confederates aren’t racist, that explanation doesn’t hold up, bcoz Trump referred in that statement to a protest “the night before” when white nationalists burned tiki torches and chanted anti-Semitic & white nationalist slogans.
http://50.In fact, it was not until the next day that they really started giving speeches on "preserving southern white culture and heritage"
51.Reports from inside the WH say that he was motivated to say so by Steve Bannon who is openly against even legal immigration of educated masses, in short words a veiled white supremacist. He uses elements like domination of people of color to stoke fears, a common strategy...
52....used by white supremacists He did so when he said around 2/3rds of people in the SilicON vALLEY ARE Asians WHEN TI IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH
53.He has reportedly even said according to his ex-wife that he wouldn’t get her daughter admitted to a particular school because “Jews are whiny brats”(The hypocrisy is amazing given Trump’s behavior in the past few days)
54. TRUMP APPOINTED Bannon AS THE CHIEF STRATEGIST OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
55.What is even more horrifying is that he took FUCKING 48 hours after a neo-Nazi rammed into peaceful protesters in Charlottesville to condemn white supremacists specifically bcoz "he was doing his research"
56.But like I've said before, he doesn't take 48 hrs to do his research to check whether the claims of Dr demon sperm about HCQ was made by a real doctor or not and all his other crazy claims
