what is CBT?
It is the tourism development that focus more on the interest of the community. The government encourage the locals or villagers to participate more in the tourism industry so they can also get benefit from it.

The community in Kampung Majapahit, Trowulan had evolved from stock farming in 1965 to bronze crafting as seen in this video. NOT JUST THAT! This activity has also become their main income for living as now they exporting their local crafts to other countries. COOL!

This village is specialised in coffee since they have lots of coffee trees. The CBT help the locals to commercialise the coffee beans and make their own brand of coffee. They even have their own coffee shop guys!

In short, it can be clearly seen that CBT does helping the locals in improving their life while promoting the beauty of East Java to the visitors. Those activities will definitely attract people to come to their village. As the famous sayings “kill two birds with one stone”
