Oh, wow.. Allegheny County Jail has decided to ban books so that the county may monetize reading by restricting it to tablets that they charge by minute to use.

**To clarify, the policy bans inmates from RECEIVING books from the outside. Not that this makes it particularly better, in my opinion.
