I really don’t know what anyone is expecting at this point with WW84 and any other movies that move to streaming. Guys, 2020 is a wash in theaters. There’s a very good chance 2021 is as well. These movies have to be released somehow...they can’t just sit on them. I miss the...
Theater as much as anyone else. But eventually the world HAS to keep spinning, and streaming services are a part of that future. We don’t have to like it, but until COVID is totally under control, what other choice is there? You can’t sit on your movies forever.
People deserve some happiness right now. Being upset we’re finally getting a movie that’s been shuffled around on the schedule a ton already is just a weird hill to die on to me. We ALL miss theaters. But something has to give right now. COVID royally fucked the industry.
