1) Yesterday we posted that @instagram made changes to its TOS and we suspected it was in response to our on going fight. Well, it is!

We have caught IG trying change the rules of engagement on their platform.
2) TOS on @Instagram from October 2020 states that if your cases move from arbitration to SMALL CLAIMS court, it’s in YOUR AREA.

The TOS set to take over in Dec 2020 states the small claims cases have to be in Menlo Park, not your area!!! Nice try IG.
3) every account already on our Arbitration list has already been DELETED, thus per their TOS, they cannot hold you to these new changes if your account is already gone!!!

These changes only prove the efforts @Instagram is going to in a effort to discriminate against SWs!
