We could end the first $90 billion in subsidies and use the money to ;-)

Part 2
Rebuild the roads to support induction powered transportation thus freeing up another $51 billion and putting people back to work.

Remove cattle and cattle infrastructure from our public lands and let the Bison roam and repopulate.

Part 3
Electric induction vehicles and trucks would help mitigate CO2 pollution. Help save costs on public transportation. Would eliminate the need for roughly 50% of the fossil fuels used today and put those unsightly high tension power lines, under the roads and out of sight.
