Our community needs to be mobilized and equipped to come together to better support one another.

News of potential ICE activity is traumatizing to our undocumented friends and family and today’s events were very successful in heightening that trauma and confusion.

Today we saw emails and social media reports of alleged ICE activity and potential upcoming raids.

We have not confirmed that ICE was involved in this particular operation.
(2/4)
This does not mean that ICE is not an ongoing threat to our communities.

What it means is that we must mobilize to responsibly communicate potential activity without creating more trauma and also be able to be there for each other when the time comes.
(3/4)
We must ensure that our communities are aware of their rights and are connected to resources.

If someone you know was detained or arrested, if you see an unmarked vehicle, or you want to learn about your rights, please call our ICE reporting hotline: 515-996-0003
