a question for those of you who drink alcohol -- i've been really into cocktail hour at home and i wonder: what is one lesser-known thing you have added to/stocked in your bar that you love
i always see recipes that call for some obscure liqueur and i think, is it really worth it for this one drink, and i guess i'm asking what has been worth it
so glad i bought my first jar of luxardo cherries this week because about 100 of you have rec'd them
also, for my part, the best thing i have stocked the bar with this year so far is really good vermouth; i used to dislike vermouth-heavy drinks (manhattans etc) but it turns out i just didn't have the good stuff! this is my fave
