Ss should have a say in the outline of the course, assignments, etc. not just the materials used. Ss should be periodically asked what they find important in the course. #OEP #OER #OEGlobal20
Ts could consider sending out syllabi before class so it's not a shock to Ss in that first week as to what's expected. Open syllabi = #LiquidSyllabus #OEP #OEGlobal20
#OER gives Ts the ability to share their voice and ideas in their content and materials; this makes the learning more authentic to Ss to see their Ts' voices.
Fancy <insert company> textbooks are not always perfect for the needs of a particular class. "Never judge a book by its cover." :) #OER
