The #StreetEngagementHub is a Police / Council led initiative, involving multiple partners from statutory / non-stat services, local charity groups and organisations.

They address crime and anti-social behaviour associated with begging and rough sleeping in the city centre
P2
The Police & MCC do this by sweeping the city each day & the guys are offered invites to attend the hub with safeguarding & support measures as an alternative to the criminal justice system

It has only been running a year and is very successful and friends of friends often attend to get help and support also.
