.) If you're gong to break the rules and see family or friends you deem safe for Thanksgiving - can you at least, consider, NOT POSTING PICS of it? What does that say to the healthcare workers who are risking their lives & dying due to Covid-19?
.) Or people who lost their jobs this year & don't have the money to even consider flying somewhere? Or gaslighting people who are taking it seriously who feel like they're maybe taking it too seriously for doing so? Who are those social media pics going to be for anyway?
.) Can you take pictures and NOT post them? That is a thing. Do you think maybe it'll be inspirational somehow? "Here we are with our family, despite the recommended guidelines, enjoy this if you can't travel!"

.) and I'm serious here, don't post about it. Pretend to do your part. Or ask yourself before every post, "Who is this for? Do I know how this looks or what I'm saying about what my role was in this historic event?" You're on the wrong side. Don't give us photo proof.
.) There are two Americas right now. I'm not going to pretend I'm suffering. I'm not a healthcare worker. I made money this year. I'm fine. I can work from home. I never even did Thanksgiving every year with my family anyway. But my mood is somber. And it's FINE THAT IT IS.
.) This year has been revolutionary in so many ways and the election was a referendum on many things, but mostly on Trump's handling of Covid-19. If you voted against Trump, don't act like him this winter.
