it's just palpable how much SNP Ministers love processes and reports and targets and how little they actually care about action on biodiversity: honestly, name a single positive decision they've taken this session

This debate is really telling if you want to know which MSPs can talk passionately about nature and biodiversity and which just want to cover their arse.
