The stand is operated by Tooru. It has two forms: 'Human form' and 'stand form', it can interchange between these two forms at will. The 'human form' is able to interact and talk to non-stand users while the 'stand form' seems to act a lot more like your classic stand.

The identity of the 89 year old Satoru Akefu: Satoru Akefu is not the stand's name, it is the name of a real man that Tooru stole the identity of for his stand.
The appearance of the stand does not change for conform to the identity stolen, its 'human form' has a constant look/

The ability: Its ability is called Calamity. Its ability is to turn bad events all towards the target(s) until they die.
This calamity has an order to it and the latest person to attempt to pursue/view Tooru is the first to die.

How to become a target of Calamity: The way to activate this ability is to
A) Attempt to pursue Tooru or Wonder of U
B) Attempt to view Tooru or Wonder of U
Tooru is able to decide who is affected by his stand.
