₊˚.༄ please remember that i don’t know much of the facts behind this or anything... i’m just explaining how it worked for me

BEFORE I STARTED:

— before i started high restriction, i would eat 300 cals everyday for a couple days... then after i would overeat every single day, so i always gained back what i lost and MORE.

— i also never drank water because i was scared it would make me gain weight
— i probably drank a couple sips a day only because i knew i HAD to

— i couldn’t low restrict for more than 5 days without overeating. i’ve never lost any weight from low res... everything that i lost, i gained back eventually.
— take a look at my cal log on a day when i was low restricting... then the day after
INTIMIDATION:

— high restriction is SUPER intimidating to ppl that regularly low restrict, i completely understand.

— it’s okay to be nervous, do some more research about it, see how it’s helped more people and maaaybe that’ll make you feel more comfortable about it
— literally me two days after i started high res
CALORIES:

— when i first started high restriction i would eat 600-800 cals a day, and i would drink about 60oz of water

— as i started getting more comfortable with high res i slowly upped my intake, now i usually eat 900-1200 cals a day and i drink 90-120oz of water
WEIGHT

— on the first two days of high restriction i gained 2lbs

— on the third day i lost the 2lbs

— i lose 0.3lbs -0.5lbs everyday now.. doesn’t matter if i eat 600 or 1200 cals i lose weight EVERYDAY
— i gained weight once (two or three days ago) i gained 2.5lbs cause i didn’t drink any water and i ate three big meals instead of what i usually do. (i lost the weight again though)

— i usually eat one big meal in the morning and two small small small on in the afternoon
MY FOOD:

— i eat... whatever i want. as long as it’s under my intake i’ll eat it

— i don’t push away any specific types of food
WORKOUTS:

— i don’t workout... i go on 40 minute walks when i feel like it
WHY I RECOMMEND HIGH RESTRICTION:

— i don’t feel like i’m gonna pass out every second

— i actually have the energy to get out of my bed and walk.. when i was low restricting i felt like i was dead 24/7

— i’m consistently losing weight
— i shit once or twice everyday

— i get to enjoy delicious food and still lose weight
FAQ:

“whats your calorie limit?”
— no less than 600 and no more than 1200

“do you workout while doing high res?”
— no, but i go on 40 minute walks when i feel like it

“did you gain when you first started?”
— yes i gained 2lbs during the first two days, but i lost it on the +
+ third day

“how much should i eat if im __ tall and weigh __?”
— calculate ur tdee and eat 500 cals less than that

“how much do u eat a day?”
— one big meal in the morning and two tiny meals in the afternoon
