Sure would suck if people figured out that you have a somewhat-fragile family business and then expressed their political displeasure at having BLM Shareblue-Actblue assholes threaten people's kids in the course of violating our sacred political processes.

Also, geez, I don't know a lot about Yemen, but I hear that some of the sources of family wealth there can be a bit questionable.

(ii) one of their most promising local pols is "Honest Abe," who somehow...

... got his start at THIRTEEN working for Obama (I wonder what the story is there? Bet there is one!), and within five years he is getting a recycling concession from the local mayor/boss.

I'll note again, this is not me purporting to be an investigative journalist or gumshoe. I'm doing quick searches and noting stuff that is 'interesting.' But query: has honest Abe ever even experienced this level of scrutiny?

There are two cardinal ways to do an investigation like this: outside-in and inside-out. That is, one could either try to trace illicit funds to Honest Abe from their source (cf. https://twitter.com/PereGrimmer/status/1314963188572663810?s=20), or else lean on him to give up superiors.

The crazy thing is that these small-town players are such amateurs that you can just straight up find their phone-lines and pretend to be an associate of theirs (spoofing the number) and then get them to make admissions.

Would be crazy if an internet troll had already done this.
