There are ethnic minorities with zero interest or connection to party politics who supported Corbyn (but not Labour for the sake of Labour) as they viewed him as the first political leader to ever care for their interests. Whatever your opinion of Corbyn this is undeniable fact.
To the brain rotted right-wing mind Corbyn might solely represent an old fringe “crank” politics, to plenty of people in this country, especially young and black and brown people, he represented hope, liberation, and peace. Contempt for him is proxy for contempt for us
