The Labour Party's NEC is a quasi-judicial elected body currently staffed largely by the Corbyn faction.

From @guardian this morning "It is understood that there was no question of the NEC Panel deciding to expel Corbyn".
Alleged members of this panel are:

-Wendy Nichols of Unison

-Ian Murray of the Fire Brigades Union

-Labour Councillors Gurinder Singh Josan & Alice Perry

-Party Representative Yasmine Dar

Let's have a look at some of their records
Wendy Nichols, a longtime Corbyn loyalist, 2 years ago began this http://Change.org  petition demanding the NEC not adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism, and declaring Israel a "racist endeavour".
I was amazed to find that the "Scottish Left" Magazine's (contributed to by Ian Murray) 2018 centenary issue of the Scottish Fire Brigade Union contained 28 mentions of Israel

Anyone would think Israel had a lot to do with Scottish emergency services?

Councillor Alice Perry told the Guardian in 2017 “Labour and the NEC are fully committed to tackling all forms of hate and prejudice,” she said. “Jeremy Corbyn has a proud record of standing up to all forms of racism wherever it takes place.”

Does he really Alice...?
Cllr Gurinder Singh Josan, elected to the NEC this month, is an ally of Luke Akehurst, director of the grassroots We Believe In Israel group and previous NEC member in 2012. He is a strong supporter of Sir Stamer & a key ally of Jewish Labour members.
Finally, we have reached Party Rep Yasmine Dar.

Another longtime Corbyn ally (surprise, surprise) Dar accused "right wing" Labour members of using antisemitism as a conspiracy to undermine Dear Leader- where have we possibly heard this idea before?
Yasmine Dar has previously expressed support for the Iranian Revolution, (which empowered an antisemitic genocidal regime)...

In 2019 Dar accused the EHRC body of “political point-scoring" for launching the investigation into antisemitism.
Last July, Dar's brother Manchester Cllr Majid Dar was suspended from the Party over antisemitic Facebook posts

Dar's suspension is yet unresolved, and there are (obviously) concerns over the independence of the disciplinary process in view of his sister’s new role.
