I was bored at the weekend so I decided to delve back into the database and put together some facts about the title winning seasons. You can check the time line for some general selected facts about the 13.
But here's some specific ones on 1997-98:

This data is in a different database so it rarely sees the light of day.

Arsenal’s tally of 78 points is the second lowest in Premier League history and no team has won the title with fewer points since 1998.
The Gunners scored 68 goals. Only Manchester United (67) in 1992-93 have won the title with fewer goals in the Premier League era.
Arsene Wenger’s side failed to score in nine of their Premier League games which is the most of any team ever to win the Premier League title.
68 goals is also the lowest tally of any of Arsenal’s 13 league title-winning teams. Both Man Utd (73) and Chelsea (71) scored more than the Gunners in 1997-98. Arsenal missed two of the three penalties that they took.
Arsenal scored 16 goals from outside the box, which was the most in the top flight that season and the most by any Arsenal side in the Premier League era other than the 2009-10 team who struck 18.
Arsenal won 23 games – only Man Utd in 1998-99 (22) and 1996-97 (21) have won fewer games as Champions in the Premier League era.
Arsenal fired in the third highest tally of shots (620), with only Liverpool (680) and Man Utd (634) attempting more.
Arsene Wenger’s side kept 19 clean sheets during the 1997-98 campaign. Arsenal have kept more in just two Premier League campaigns, 1998-99 and 1993-94 ((42 games)
Dennis Bergkamp was Arsenal’s top scorer with 16 goals – only three players, all with 18, netted more in the Premier League.
16 Bergkamp
12 Overmars
10 Wright
6 Anelka
4 Parlour
3 Wreh, Platt, Adams
2 Petit, Vieira, Hughes
1 Grimandi, Winterburn
Bergkamp was also top of Arsenal’s assist charts and only David Beckham (13) recorded more in the division
11 Bergkamp
8 Petit
6 Anelka
5 Overmars
4 Vieira
3 Platt, Winterburn, Wright
2 Bould, Dixon
1 Adams, Hughes, Parlour, Wreh
The two most common starting line ups in the 1997-98 which appeared three times each were:
Seaman, Dixon, Winterburn, Adams, Bould, Vieira, Petit, Parlour, Overmars, Bergkamp, Wright
And the same line up except with Grimandi replacing Adams
Arsenal were 13 points adrift of Man Utd at one stage, albeit with a game in hand, but an unbeaten run after Christmas, including a record-breaking run of 10 successive wins & a run of eight consecutive clean sheets saw them overhaul Fergie’s Red Devils. “That sums it all up”.
