important place and something that as a nation we should be bursting with pride for. They were also very successful, having become Ireland’s most popular visitor attraction, but are in huge trouble now. Unlike some other businesses, the Zoo can’t lower or halt its running costs.
The animals still need the same care and food as always, gorillas aren’t eligible for PUP. If you’ve ever enjoyed a day out there with your kids, your parents, your friends, your partner or on your own (waves!), I am pleading with you to help them now. Donate what you can or...
...adopt an animal as a Christmas gift. There is so much beyond our control right now, but I don’t want to come out the other side of this hellish time and see the Zoo gates permanently closed. Thank you for anything you can give.
