Signs Your Therapist May Be Ideologically Possessed

1. The therapist believes that identity is the most important thing about you, and that maleficent hierarchies somehow want to rob you of yours.

2. You feel preached to, or otherwise lectured.
3. The therapist over-shares information regarding their personal beliefs.

4. The therapist gives you the impression that they will somehow require you to adopt their conclusions in order for healing to begin.
5. Discussions of politics become increasingly uncomfortable (see 3 and 4).

6. The therapist indiscriminately and unapologetically uses buzzwords, catchphrases, or psychobabble when speaking to you.
7. The therapist presents you with easy solutions to what constitute patently complex problems.
8.Dogma, blind assertions, or fringe ideas are presented to you as undisputed, self-evident truth.
