I had an assignment for my entrepreneurship module and they put emphasis on how important communication is as an entrepreneur. You can’t always run away or be dismissive when feeling slight discomfort, you have be able to communicate well to fix the problem.

Imagine wanting to run your own company but you have 0 people skills and 0 communication skills. Don’t ever think being smart and knowledgeable will get you places. Emotional intelligence is also an important quality to have.

How do you think people will feel when they work for a leader who’s always negative. Everytime there’s a problem you bail out or shout at everyone for their mistakes instead of being curious and patient. Ha! Will you succeed?
