Warren Edward Buffett born August 30, 1930 is the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.
He is considered one of the most successful investors in the world and has a net worth of over US$78.9 billion as of August 2020

Buffett was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He was immediately interested in investing as a child, and eventually went to college at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1947 before transferring and graduating from the University of Nebraska at 19 (Overachiever)

He went on to graduate from Columbia Business School, where he met his mentor Benjamin Graham and learned the concept of value investing.

He attended the New York Institute of Finance to focus on economics and soon after began multiple businesses, including one with Graham. He created Buffett Partnership, in 1956 and his firm eventually acquired a textile firm called Berkshire Hathaway (Ever heard of it?)
