Hey I just wanted to say that if you're having a chronic illness flare because you overdid it, please be gentle with yourself

Pacing can help, but also often daily energy levels vary A Lot so it's hard to always gauge how much you can do without Consequences
Plus sometimes stuff happens that's outside your control, and just tanks your energy level. Like someone using a leaf blower, or a severe weather shift.
Also, you're allowed to decide how to use your own energy! It's your body, ffs.

Whether that means deciding to use a week's worth of energy on something fun, or something necessary for survival (making $, removing mold, etc)...you are allowed to take risks
Also obviously no one should have to choose between caring for their body and survival/their family's survival

But right now we live in a system destroying to train people to destroy ourselves so that billionaires can get richer, and maybe we can afford to not die yet
Twitter keeps crashing so I'm going to log off for a bit, but I just wanted to say:

You're the expert in your own body and also what you need, so just...try to be gentle with yourself when your body is not doing what you want

You didn't do anything wrong, bodies just...do that
This should say "designed to train people" https://twitter.com/UntoNuggan/status/1328824684301967360?s=19
