WYOMING: "The apparent acceleration in transmission is deeply concerning, especially given the exceedingly high current incidence and test positivity. Containment will require more intensive restrictions, such as temporary closures of bars and restaurants."
WISCONSIN: "Wisconsin continued to see an unrelenting rise in cases and test positivity over the last two months with an ongoing health emergency. Hospitalizations and deaths are several-fold greater than the spring or summer peaks...
...The state reported nearly 7,000 cases a day last week on average and cases continue to double every 20 days. Hospitalizations and deaths continued to increase setting new records every week; average daily deaths are seven-fold higher than in September"
