A serious investigation is needed on foreign policy, diplomacy. military deployments, and intelligence / counterintelligence.

Same for ethics, emoluments, the Hatch Act, and political appointments.
Add a third for domestic law enforcement and security (DHS and ICE, but also law enforcement policies and behaviors in the context of freedom of speech, racial equality, transparency, and accountability).
A fourth for the US government response to COVID, to include the costs incurred by the purveyors and amplifiers of misinformation.
The fifth? Elections. Access to both register and to vote, security. This is by far and away the domain that I know least about.
I do not know how President-elect @JoeBiden, Vice President-elect @KamalaHarris, or their Administration think they can move forward without initiating a series of commission-level investigations into the past four years without signaling that abnormalities are acceptable.
The findings should be turned over to DOJ for possible prosecution if warranted. President-elect Biden could then pardon those convicted of crimes if he wants to move forward...but the path toward reconciliation starts with transparency and accountability.
