You can utter words like 'yoga' and 'Ayurveda' and 'meditation' but sorry even that is not seen as uniquely Hindu. You have share those pieces of glory with Buddhists or claim indirectly through claim to being 'Indian'.

will argue against their Hinduness. The biggest modern Hindu gurus will flatly deny the 'Hindu' tag. The best selling author writing on Hindu themes on stories will deny the divinity of Hindu gods and goddesses and argue no ends that they were mere mortals. +

All in all a depressing spectacle of Hindus committing mass religious suicide. And still there are people who think that we have not reformed adequately and we need to drop more stuff such as cow protection, Diwali crackers, cremation to become acceptable to the modern world.
