I am listening to the hearing in PA court today out of morbid curiosity. Rudy Giuliani was granted permission to represent Trump- this oughta be interesting. Me, and apparently 3,999 other people listening in.
(btw this is oral argument on Defendant's motion to dismiss PA election suit)
judge explains the amended complaint does remove several counts- Rudy says they are going to seek amendment to restore due process claim
Only outstanding claim at this point is the equal protection claim (remember trump campaign lost their shit when the news reported they had dropped several claims yesterday)
Rudy claiming "corrupt big cities" have a practice of "holding back votes" - not even clear what that means
Rudy now complaining that Dem counties allowed the curing of ballots while Rep counties didnt. This DOES NOT mean dem counties did anything wrong- simply means rep counties didnt do what they were allowed to do.
Rudy now misrepresenting the Clark County result from yesterday
Def. clarifies no claims that anyone not eligible to vote did vote
