Giuliani says the due process claim in the lawsuit was “mistakenly removed,” and concedes that the equal protection claim is the only the only claim that remains.
Giuliani is going on a long diatribe about voter fraud, talking about other cities and states and talking about fraud dating back to the 1960s. Making unsubstantiated claims of "widespread, nationwide voter fraud." Judge is still letting him go on for the time being.
Giuliani arguing that voters in Republican-leaning counties, who didn't have as much of an opportunity to cure their ballots as those in Democratic-leaning counties, were discriminated against "based on their location." Says it's a "classic violation of Equal Protection."
Giuliani making broad, unsubstantiated claims of mass voter fraud on a "grand scale." Says that Democratic "machines" seized the opportunity presented by mail-in ballots.
