Self awareness is a powerful skill because it helps you to pivot for a higher caliber life.

The key? Emotions often function like signals that tell you where to pay attention...and if you can do that, you can transform your experience.

Here's 2 quick examples you can use.
Feeling bored? You are doing the wrong actions (because the results aren’t as exciting or engaging as you’re deeply seeking).

This is great for gauging your work or personal life. If you’re bored, it's not the situation, it's what you are doing.

Examine & shift.
Feeling disappointed in yourself or your life? Something is falling short in compared to where you want it to be. Your career, etc.

If you don’t address this one, it will evolve into things like resentment of others, deep sadness, etc.

It’s miserable - address it.
Most people push off their emotions, but they’re just human analytics.

How you feel is a sign to pay attention to, and the power that comes from early insights & pivots saves you time and a lot of frustration.
