This is a lot more personal than my usual Brexit tweets, but I'm really worried about not being able to get essential medication post transition. I know many others have been saying this for months, but I felt the need to vent now. 1
I have been on migraine tablets for years, before I started taking them, I would get an awful headache every 9 days, now I get them 2-3 times a year. I also have tablets that help to manage a condition that can cause both indigestion and abdominal pain. 2
I was in agony for just over a year between 2011/12 while not knowing what the cause of the pain was. After a few weeks on the meds, I felt great. The pain was gone. I can't bear the thought of Brexit being the harbinger of it's return. While neither of these problems are...3
life threatening, the inability to access such medications would have a very detrimental impact on my quality of life. I guess there is nothing we can do, but wait and see what happens in Jan, but I am not hopeful. I know I'm not the only one affected by this... 4
