Man, Hood was having an awesome shooting year for Portland before the injury. That's super unfortunate.
Totally different sport, and injury, so comparing apples to oranges and such, but this feels like a move the Dodgers would make for a pitcher and then recoup their value. If his shooting regresses, but still hovers around his career averages, he should have a market.
