first of all. theres the fact her skin tone is never ever mentioned which i speak about a lot but its VERY important to me. donna uses white linked with beauty constantly, all the way through the book. judy is literally the only one that isn’t reffered to by skin tone at all -

when richard first meets the tsh gang.. he comments on how pale henry is & how camilla was so pale & beautiful.. he mentioned francis being pale, charles too. every main character apart from judy is described as a white person at one point

also.. Judy is put across by richard as very very hypersexual & the first thing he comments on is her hair & her voice.. calling her loud & aggressive & annoying? he doesnt like her at all at the start & this screams the “aggressive hypersexual black girl who is villianised”

we all know judy right? we all came to the agreement shes the only one who does nothing wrong & isnt even involved, shes always super nice to everyone apart from the classics gang. so why is she targetted so much??? why did so many people hurt her that night?? smells like racism

the only one judy likes that isnt richard is Bunny because.. as much as Bunny is a bigot & a bit of a knob, at least he says it to peoples faces & doesnt hide behind fakeness. she knows where she stands with bunny & likes that. the rest hide behind micro aggressions
