Hannibal & Antony Hooked Up: A Hannitony ThreadLet the following thread serve as evidence of Hannibal and Antony’s one-night stand.

Next, let’s set the stage.

Now, onto the party.
In the script (oh yeah, we are going deep) when Hannibal arrives, he passes by a “beautiful woman,” but he declines her offer to stay and chat. Hannibal could have done the same when Antony approaches him moments later and brushed off his obvious advances.

Their initial glances are heated and flirtatious with Hannibal checking Antony out three (3) times during their 90 second conversation. Antony is constantly smiling and not only do they chat, they banter, which is further suggests flirty energy between the two.
Towards the end of their conversation, we see a sword being unsheathed. PHALLIC IMAGERY. Then, two (2) champagne bottles being popped. PHALLIC IMAGERY. The pièce de résistance? A final champagne bottle overflowing with foam. Say it with me: HELLA PHALLIC IMAGERY

Next, Hannibal is alone outside waiting for Dr. Fell. Fell is described in the script as “[loving] the attention of a crowd.” We can infer that he wouldn’t leave his party early and an hour or two has passed, giving our men plenty of time to have “a double-fisted kind of bash.”
The initial innuendos and imagery alone tell the tale of a sexually charged night. BUT their provocative encounters don't end here!

When Hannibal and Antony meet again, Hannibal's face mirrors that of a man whose one-night stand came back to haunt him. You can argue it's because Antony could also expose the truth about Dr. Fell, but Hannibal knew and ignored those risks when talking to Antony at the party.
Hannibal remembers Antony, a man who he had a brief conversation with...MONTHS AGO...in a different country. There was more to that night than just free champagne. Antony's smile shows he is truly happy to be remembered and their time together left an impression on him as well.
At last, the dinner. Antony asks THE QUESTION but solely to Bedilia after eyeing Hannibal's smirk. This implies Antony knows Hannibal is open sexually but needs to clarify if Bedilia is, too. Hannibal only denies it after Bedilia’s WTF face. Fun fact: Oysters are an aphrodisiac.
Later, Antony defends Hannibal against Sogliato even though he suspects Hannibal of being a murder. HE IS INTO IT! He has "no delusions of morality" after all. Antony looks at Hannibal with the definition of HUNGRY EYES. These are the sexiest "You're Welcome" eyes ever. Fight me.

This scene oozed sexual tension!
In conclusion, even though Antony was literally left brokenhearted by Hannibal, their shared behavior during and after their first meeting suggests they were intimate on the night they met.
