Paul Kagame is the man who triggered the Rwanda/Burundi genocide,

after he as commander of the RPF (Rwandan Patriotic Front) used a Ugandan surface to air missile to shoot down a jet carrying the Rwandan President Juvénal Habyarimana and his Burundian counterpart Cyprien Ntaryamira.

This calculated move was designed to incite Hutus in both countries to massacre Tutsis and pave way for Kagame to launch a Tutsi counter attack on Rwanda, snatch power from the majority Hutus and replace them with a Tutsi hierarchy reminiscent of the colonial order.

In other words, Kagame sacrificed a million African lives for power.

Trained at Fort Leavenworth Staff College in the United States, this heartless tactician is a US military asset used to destabilize the Great Lakes Region and Congo in particular, for western corporations to loot its strategic minerals.

This is why even though Rwanda has very few Cassiterite deposits, it exports more Cassiterite than Congo which has the world’s biggest deposits because much of Congo’s Carciterite is smuggled through Rwanda to the west.
