There's a lot of buzz about @beondeck in tech twitter, but what's one more voice adding to the pile?

Just published the latest Flywheel where I look at why business school is disruptable, and why I believe On Deck is the one who's going to do it.

A brief thread👇👇
Business school is great. It's fun, you learn stuff, you meet amazing people, and you leave with a job and a credential.

But it's also absurdly expensive, and because of its association with universities it has a hard time keeping up with the times.
If you were designing business school from the ground up, you probably wouldn't attach it to a university, because then you wouldn't need academic requirements, or archaic concepts like tenure.
Instead you'd probably build something that can iterate quickly according to the demands of students. Something online-first, that doesn't have massive fixed costs to cover right away.

In other words, something like @beondeck.
Anyone who has followed On Deck has probably noticed an explosion of new offerings recently. This is by design.

It started with one core community (the founder fellowship), and nailed it.
Then they started asking 'what do founders need', and built products to serve those needs. That's what you're seeing now.

In the future, each new fellowship will become the center of its own galaxy of new fellowships, and so on, and so on.
There's an evolutionary process at play here. There's no predicting where (or if) it will end.

Each new opportunity multiplies the number of new opportunities available. https://twitter.com/visualizevalue/status/1313603628360400897
And subscribe! I chatted with @eriktorenberg and @david__booth about @beondeck's values, business model, and much more.

I'll be publishing excerpts from that conversation on Friday. Don't miss it!
