Seems like a reasonable moment to discuss your COVID home kit (i.e. in case you get sick, what's your plan).
I've got: pulse ox, spirometer for breathing exercises, pregnancy air mattress for proning, megacan of powdered gatorade, HEPA air filter to protect family.

Focus on pulse ox and spirometer first - you'll want to track your own O2 and breathing exercise really seems to help. If you live alone, don't worry about the air filter. The air mattress is a nice to have; you can prone comfortably with pillows if needed.
Pulse ox is about $20 on amazon, and the spirometer i have is about $7 (don't burn $$ on anything other than the plastic one)
as for the gatorade - my friends who've had COVID all describe a profound thirst (makes sense because of respiratory increase) and fatigue. i've been sick enough in weird enough places to believe in the power of sugar and salt to carry me when i was too tired to eat.
Along with @goinvo and @harper I helped build this earlier in the year too - a resource on caring for folks w COVID. Super depressed that it's still relevant https://homecarebasics.org/

If you're not familiar with COVID proning, this is a nice summary https://www.pennmedicine.org/updates/blogs/penn-physician-blog/2020/may/proning-during-covid19
Nice bit on breathing exercises here: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/coronavirus/coronavirus-recovery-breathing-exercises
And a video tutorial on using a spirometer here
Good luck out there.
Also, don't gather in person next week.
