Especially the ones who have lost their health.

AM I MAXIMIZING MY HEALTH?

1. DO I EAT 2 TO 2-1/2 CUPS (400-600g) OF VEGETABLES A DAY?

What has worked for me:

--> I like to dip vegetables into hummus

--> I make green smoothies, 50% fruit & 50% vegetables
2. DO I 30+ MINUTES OF CARDIO 3 TIMES PER WEEK?

Make it as easy as possible.

--> I start every morning with a 7-10 minute interval workout

--> I listen to audibooks while running

--> Fast walking is also cardio & very healthy
3. DO YOU WORK ON YOU MENTAL HEALTH?

I have installed the daily habit of meditaion just before I do my interval workout.

--> I started with 5 minute meditations. Set a timer and watch your breath for 5 minutes. If you get lost in thoughts, gently refocus on the breath.
4. DO YOU GET ENOUGH (AND GOOD!) SLEEP EVERY NIGHT?

I took me some time to accept the fact that my productivity suffers when I sleep only 6 hours or less.

The 1-2 hours that I spent on extra sleep are easily recouped by bringing my A-Game all day long, when I am well-rested.
