Today, we will look at what effects alcohol has on your body. I can hear you asking " What effects does alcohol have on my brain, mouth and throat, heart, breasts, stomach, liver and reproductive system?" well, luckily I have a link for you. 3/ https://alcoholchange.org.uk/alcohol-facts/interactive-tools/alcohol-and-your-body-map
You can see that alcohol has a negative effect on various parts of your body and the more alcohol you consume, the more at risk you become. So the message is, drink a little less, feel a lot better, but it’s not always as easy as that so we will cover this over the coming days. 4
Here's some additional reading, if you can spare the time, as to why the label “alcoholic” is unhelpful, Club Soda - Myths & Misconceptions with Problem Drinking a great 5-8 minute read. 5/ https://joinclubsoda.com/am-i-an-alcoholic-myths-misconceptions-problem-drinking/
