If HoC rises 17/12 & both Houses' other sitting days stay as currently planned, last poss laying day was 12/11 by my count. If both Houses sit later, last day moves later: eg if both sit 'til 23/12 & other sitting-day plans are unchanged, I make last laying day today, 17/11. 2/3

But before anyone gets unduly excited: there are ways round the CRAG Act 21-day period - just 'cos a treaty is not laid in time to fit it in doesn't mean UK couldn't ratify the treaty by year-end. 3/3 #treaties #Brexit #trade
