Shell recently asked their Twitter followers what they were personally going to do to reduce their emissions; a company responsible for 2% of the globally cumulative GHG emissions. 3/
So whilst I fully support us all doing our bit to live sustainable lives, we need to be asking those bigger picture questions. 4/
The IPCC says we need rapid changes in every section of society on a scale not seen before to steer away from dangerous climate change. Step one is changing our value system to recognise that our survival is based on the health of our planet."
