Pray

This one should be pretty obvious, but pray. Not only does prayer help you immediately (by edifying the soul), but it also brings a level of guilt that pushes you away from impious acts. That's partly why St Paul says pray unceasingly (1 Thess 5:17)

Read

Preferably the Bible, but also read the lives or the writings of the saints. Put your mind on anything else, but especially on the Holy things, because it fights against evil while also helping you grow spiritually.

Pushups

Literally just start working out wherever you are. Pushups are easy to do and can be done anywhere. They get blood pumping and get your focus off temptations. Any exercise is applicable to this, tho

Go somewhere

Go to Church, go outside, go down the street, go to the park

Take yourself from the location you're at and do something. It occupies the mind with the mental effort needed to perform, and occupies the body to prevent it from being used for sin

Be with people

Have a community, and cease being in isolation. Do things with and around people so that conversation and activity with them occupies the mind which is now too full to accept lustful thoughts. Have a cookout, plan random events, join something

Pray

I said it before and I'll say it again, pray. Prayer is the greatest defense against the temptations, and everyone can stand to pray more. If you were reading this thread and were not praying, begin now, and say "Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me, a sinner"

Make prayer equivalent to oxygen. One needs oxygen to survive on earth, but you need prayer if you want to survive into heaven. Coordinate your breathing with prayer so that you do it at all times, even unconsciously. Make it the foundation of all your thoughts

Run

Metaphorically, but also literally. You need to imagine sin as consuming a bucket of vomit. If you were told you had to do that, wouldn't you run? So run, basically anywhere. Just go outside and start running. Run on a treadmill, run on a track, your choice

Menial tasks

Find some shoes and shine them, find a room and clean it, count all the tiles on the floor, dig a hole, arrange a deck of cards, make a paper airplane and find out its average flight distance, practice writing your name in cursive, rearrange the living room

Pray
