They mentioned how electing BJP was the root of most religious tensions we see in India.
Which is a fairly accurate reading of the situation from an outsider's point of view.

They mentioned CAA and NRC and this time the underlying policies behind the two legislations were highlighted clearly.
They did a good job of explaining how these two will be used to possibly strip away citizenship from Muslims.

A surprising bit was the mention of Yogi Adityanath in this report. His statement after the anti-CAA/NRC protests are quoted verbatim in this report along with his name.
This is really good to have in the report to capture the actual sentiments of BJP leaders.

There was also a brief section about the Babri Masjid verdict. Although the US cannot criticize the SC's decision, they did mention how it led to religious tensions in the country.
