With the hand count in Georgia just about wrapped up, there really isn’t a big difference between the hand count and machine count. Most counties match perfectly. The differences come mostly from ballots that didn’t scan or a hand count error.
None of the counties are off by more than a few votes except one where they discovered they hadn’t counted 2500 ballots due to a scanner malfunction. So, in other words, Dominion Voter Systems was not hacked, rigged, or otherwise made to throw votes to Biden.
The paper ballots are printed for voters to make sure their votes match what they voted. Those paper ballots have a QR code that gets scanned to count. The QR codes properly registered the voters’ choices. The conspiracy theory isn’t true.
